Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing/industrial work experience (preferred) or recent Electro/Mechanics/Industrial Electrical training.
• Understand and comply with manufacturing safety procedures including PPE.
• Physically capable of 12-hour shifts and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays; willingness for overtime.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, inspect, and operate equipment across the mill to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Safely perform at least one primary craft and assist others; use tools and company vehicles as needed.
• Adhere to lockout/tagout, PPE, and safety policies; participate in incident investigations when required.
• Support environmental compliance and proper documentation of procedures and reports.
