Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associates degree in Electro/mechanical Technology or Industrial Maintenance is highly desired.
• Minimum 5 years of continuous work experience in a high-speed manufacturing or industrial environment as a maintenance mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain machinery throughout the mill to ensure efficient operations and reduce downtime.
• Perform and demonstrate skills in certified primary crafts; assist in other crafts as needed.
• Operate, inspect and maintain equipment, follow safety policies, and support root cause analysis of incidents.
