Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Sr. Engineer in photo process development to join a ground-breaking DRAM lithography team.

You will own the process roadmap and collaborate with process integration and other fabrication areas to meet program and yield goals. You will work on manufacturing-friendly lithography innovations and use data analysis and/or machine learning to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• PhD with 3+ years industry experience.
• Master’s with 5+ years experience.
• Bachelor’s with 7+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a module within next generation storage device.
• Develop manufacturing-friendly photolithography processes for 365/248/193nm lithography.
• Engage with vendors on new lithography solutions.
• Innovate design and lithography techniques for future memory devices.
• Review literature for IP opportunities and file disclosures.
• Use data analysis or ML to identify root causes from process data.
• Document plans, status, and results in reports and presentations.
