Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• PreferredBachelor’s degree or CCUE Certification or Associate degree via NC-CTP.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries in person and by telephone.
• Handle routine branch duties including cash box management and account maintenance.
• Assist with Notary Public services and wire transfers.
• Learn lending, collections, and Financial Advisory products under supervision.
• Organize documents and support cross-department requests.
