You will handle ROIs, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality of PHI in a professional setting. The role emphasizes timely processing, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service while adhering to HIPAA and client policies.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or career starters.
• 1,000 sign-on bonus paid after specified terms.
• Ability to process ROI requests accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy in all tasks.
• Complete STATs within one hour and maintain 24-hour turnaround for other ROI requests.
• Keep all queues current and organized.
• Validate requests and authorize release of PHI per procedures.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper invoicing.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and security policies.
• Regularly scan ROI requests into the chart and update facility guides.
• Provide excellent customer service and de-escalate concerns as needed.
• Assist clients, patients, and requestors with request statuses via phone or other channels.
