• Keep all queues current and perform quality checks on releases of PHI.
• Maintain confidentiality, security, and ethics in handling records during transport, storage, and disposal.
• Complete legal affidavits and respond to questions as needed.
• Regularly scan ROI requests into the chart and adhere to ROI policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients and requestors with status updates.
