Job summary

IQVIA is hiring an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in medical device sales. This entry point role targets outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, with a strong emphasis on prospecting, physician education, and building a prescribing relationship.

You will not inherit a book of business and will instead build one from the ground up. You will learn clinical messaging and develop a territory pipeline, aiming to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while managing

Qualifications

• Entry point into medical device sales with a proven B2B sales track record.
• Bachelor's degree required; valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Experience with world-class sales training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly
