rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, is seeking an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I for 1st shift in Minnesota. You will perform basic machine operation, inspection, and assembly across multiple production areas, following procedures to ensure high-quality medical device components.

Responsibilities include visual and dimensional inspection with measurement tools, documenting records, and aiding in setup and clean operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience and ability to read/write in English.
• Basic math skills and manual dexterity are essential.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and hand tools preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components per specifications.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment in assembly.
• Labeling, packaging, and final product presentation.
• Run production equipment per work instructions and monitor quality.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow 5S.
