Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical partner in Minnesota, seeks an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I to perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging across production areas.

You will follow procedures, work instructions, and quality standards to produce medical device components, with 1st shift hours 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday–Friday. Training and safety compliance are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
Perform basic math and precise manual tasks.
Read and interpret work instructions and ISO/cGMP standards.
Experience with measurement tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform visual and dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
Complete production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
Handle and work with cleaning chemicals such as isopropyl alcohol, detergents, or solvents.
Maintain an organized, clean work area following 5S.
Read, understand, and follow work instructions and quality/ISO/cGMP requirements.
Crosstrain across manufacturing areas.
Operate hand tools and basic equipment in the assembly process.
Inspect, assemble, and package components per customer specs.
Perform labeling, packaging, and final product presentation.
