Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical family member, seeks an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I to perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and related tasks across multiple production areas. You will follow documented work instructions and quality standards to produce high-quality medical device components.

Shift is 2nd: Monday-Thursday, 3:45pm-1:45am. Responsibilities span inspection, assembly, labeling, and documented production records, with a strong emphasis on 5S

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Perform basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and package components and devices per customer specs.
• Operate hand tools and basic equipment in the assembly process.
• Use sealing equipment and perform labeling and final presentation of product.
• Monitor production processes and maintain a clean, compliant work area.
