Job summary

rms Company is seeking an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I for the 4th shift (Fri-Sun, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM). The role covers basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging across multiple production areas in a medical device environment.

You will follow work instructions, complete production records, and maintain quality standards while cross-training in different areas. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions in English.
• Perform basic math calculations and maintain accuracy.
• Use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection using measurement tools.
• Complete production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Handle and work with cleaning chemicals as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and ISO/cGMP requirements.
• Crosstrain across manufacturing areas.
• Support Quality System and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate issues with materials, equipment, or processes promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
