Job summary

rms Company, part of the Cretex Medical family, is hiring an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I to perform basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, packaging, and support tasks across multiple production areas. The role follows established procedures and quality standards to produce high-quality medical device components.

Shift: 4th Shift, Friday-Sunday, 6AM-6PM. Responsibilities include inspection, documentation, use of basic tools, and adherence to 5S and ISO/cGMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and follow English instructions.
• Basic math, hand–eye coordination, and dexterity.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measurement equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers.
• Document production records, quality checks, setup sheets, and history records.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and maintain 5S clean work area.
• Crosstrain across manufacturing areas and comply with ISO/cGMP requirements.
• Assemble and package components per customer specs; operate hand tools and basic equipment.
• Monitor production processes and machine performance; perform basic checks.
