Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear, General, or Systems Engineering with strong background in thermodynamics and energy conversion.
• Knowledge of applying mechanical engineering principles to project designs.
• Knowledge of producing technical plans, fabrication drawings, and models.
• Strong numerical problem-solving skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and power engineering knowledge to projects.
• Prepare calculations, specifications, and technical reports to support client recommendations.
• Conduct equipment sizing, optimization evaluation, and selection per project needs.
• Support project teams with systems engineering and design of mechanical systems; travel for design reviews and site verification as needed.
