RTX in Decorah, IA is seeking a manufacturing technician for first shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). The role involves operating automated welding and related processes, inspecting work to ensure quality, and adhering to safety, ethics, and attendance policies.

Training and certifications may be required, with potential overtime. The position emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and maintaining equipment and work areas.

Qualificações

• HS Diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical education helpful.
• CRC certification or readiness is preferred.
• Experience interpreting schematics/technical drawings is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as trained, ensuring quality work.
• Inspect own output to meet engineering and workmanship standards.
