PDS Defense, Inc. seeks an Assembler - Level 1 in Tempe, AZ. Build, maintain, and test mechanical equipment and components to meet quality specs.

Identify worn parts, order replacements, and ensure machinery operates safely and reliably. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years in mechanical assembly; ability to follow established guidelines under supervision. Apprenticeship or formal training is a plus.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; apprenticeship or formal training may be required.
• 0–2 years of experience in the field or related area.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in mechanical assembly.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and follow established guidelines.

Mansioni

• Assembly: Construct and assemble mechanical components to meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintenance & Testing: Perform routine maintenance and conduct tests to verify functionality and safety.
• Part Identification: Detect parts requiring replacement due to wear or malfunction.
• Order Management: Place orders for new parts as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
