Job summary

You will follow blueprints and MOTs, set up jobs with assistance, and contribute to quality and productivity improvements. The role requires at least 1 year in mechanical assembly or 2 years in precision manufacturing, with experience using calipers, micrometers, and indicators.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of mechanical assembly experience or 2 years of precision manufacturing experience.
• Experience using precision inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and indicators.
• Must be able to comprehend, read, and write English.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assembly equipment and tools at all times.
• Follow 5S standards and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Set up and run jobs with assistance, ensuring controlled and repeatable processes.
• Follow company procedures, work instructions, and process specifications.
• Assemble products using hand tools, fixtures, adhesives, and other approved methods.
• Perform and document in-process inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Record labor hours and production data in the tracking system.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and functioning as expected.
