Job summary

PPS in Chandler, AZ seeks a detail-oriented Assembly Technician II to join our state-of-the-art semiconductor facility. You will produce components by assembling parts and subassemblies, study instructions, and prepare materials for manufacturing.

The role requires reading drawings, leak testing, using hand and power tools, and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. A HS diploma and technician coursework or AA degree are required; 1+ year related experience preferred, cleanroom

Responsibilities

• Performs basic mechanical assemblies & subassemblies.
• Must be able to leak test.
• Operates hand and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Reads and interprets work instructions to ensure accuracy of work performed.
• Interacts with management and team members to encourage effective communication on the production floor.
• Performs standard testing and minor troubleshooting.
• Ensures quality standards are met throughout all steps of the assembly process.
• Performs other duties as required.
