Qualifications

• No experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift 85 pounds.
• Valid driver''s license and insurance.
• Willing to obtain knowledge of CMT principles and ASTM standards.
• OSHA 10 certification may be required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, peers, and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Observe, test, and sample soils, aggregates, and concrete on project sites.
• Perform routine field and laboratory tests following industry standards.
• Collect data and perform calculations based on results.
• Maintain daily communication with site contractors, fellow technicians, and project managers; convey site changes and testing needs to supervisor.
• Assist with organization of field equipment and notify supervisor of broken or missing equipment.
• Receive training in ECS methodology for project observations, inspections, and testing; document findings with precision.
