Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA is seeking an Entry Level Operator for Logistics in New Milford, CT. You will operate manufacturing equipment creating everyday products, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of work experience (or equivalent military training), and the ability to pass screenings and a physical abilities test. Shifts are 12 hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 1 year of continuous work experience or equivalent Military training/education.
• Ability to operate a forklift or learn to operate it; mechanical aptitude.
• Basic computer knowledge, math skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screenings.
• Pass PAT after offer.
• Able to work where temperatures vary.
