Job summary

Kimberly-Clark USA, LLC in New Milford, CT is seeking an Entry Level Operator - Logistics to maintain and operate production and packaging equipment. You will work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, and support safety and efficiency on the line.

You’ll use basic computer skills, learn forklift operation, and perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance. The role includes joining a team dedicated to quality and compliance, with a starting hourly wage of $22.68

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of continuous work experience or equivalent Military training/education.
• Ability to drive a forklift or learn how to operate it.
• Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills.
• 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT) pass.
• Work in environments that may experience extremes of temperatures.

You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. • Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
• A state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate
• 1 year of continuous work experience or equivalent Military training/education
• Ability to drive a forklift or learn how to operate it as well as industrial tractors/paddle/clamps
• Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills
• Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
• Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
• Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT)
• Can work in job areas that may experience extremes of temperatures

Starting Hourly Wage: $22.68 USD

This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.
