Job summary

Culver’s is seeking a motivated restaurant management team member to lead shifts, empower staff, and maintain a positive, fast-paced dining environment. You will coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold food safety standards while delivering consistent, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates bring a can-do attitude, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Nights, weekends, and holidays availability is required for this role.
