Job summary

Culver's in Bradenton, FL is hiring for a Restaurant Management Team member to lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will model positive leadership, train new team members, and help maintain a fast-paced, friendly environment.

The role requires a can-do attitude, strong communication, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience in hospitality is preferred and opportunities for career development are available as part of our training program.
