The Housing Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician for The Springs I & II Apartments in McCall, Idaho. No prior experience required; we provide training and support to help you learn carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping.

In this role you will perform preventive maintenance, complete apartment turns, keep areas clean, manage inventory, and handle seasonal tasks like mowing and snow/ice removal. Occasional work at other complexes may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings.
