You will perform preventive maintenance, complete apartment turns, keep work areas clean, manage supplies, and handle seasonal tasks. A valid driver's license and after-hours availability are required.

Qualifications

• Availability for after-hours emergency maintenance calls (company phone provided).

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turns efficiently and to high standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools.
• Perform seasonal tasks (e.g., mowing, snow/ice removal).
