Job summary

The Housing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Maple Grove and Seltice Place Apartments in Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls, Idaho. This role offers hands-on maintenance across multiple properties and the chance to learn new skills through company-provided training.

No prior experience is required, and you will work on carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping tasks while contributing to turns, preventive maintenance, and grounds care.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings
• Complete apartment turns in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools
• Perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal
• Other duties as assigned
