Job summary

The Housing Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at locations across Idaho. No prior experience required; we provide training and support to help you succeed while you learn carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping.

You will perform preventive maintenance, complete apartment turns, keep areas clean, manage supplies, handle seasonal tasks, and respond to after-hours emergency calls.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Availability for after-hours emergency maintenance calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings
• Complete apartment turns efficiently and to high standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and tools
• Perform seasonal tasks (e.g., mowing, snow/ice removal)
