Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep property buildings, grounds, and common areas clean, safe, and functional. The role requires on-site work, flexibility for on-call hours, and ability to perform preventative maintenance on a large multifamily community.

Housing discount eligibility and incentive-based bonuses are available; EPA refrigerant certifications are required, along with a valid driver’s license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance technician is preferred.
• EPA certifications for refrigerant recycling are required.
• Able to access and operate a golf cart on-site where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Execute the make-ready process for vacant units to prepare for leasing.
• Maintain inventory and request re-orders as needed with proper documentation.
• Assist in grounds, common areas, and amenities upkeep and safety compliance.
• Report accidents and incidents promptly and follow safety procedures.
