Lineage is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to support our industrial cold storage facility. You will gain hands-on experience across facility systems and material handling equipment, with training across refrigeration, MHE, and building maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, mechanical work, or building maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude with willingness to learn electrical/hydraulic/MHE systems.
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools and follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and develop skills through hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and basic repairs on material handling equipment (electric and propane forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks).
• Assist technicians with troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on MHE and facility systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on lighting, plumbing, HVAC, dock doors, and racking.
• Document maintenance activities and complete work orders and inspection records.
• Support facility upkeep, including snow removal, landscaping, and keeping areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety procedures, including LOTO and PPE usage, and work with others across teams.
