Job summary

Lineage, the world's leading temperature-controlled logistics company, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our fast-paced cold storage operations in Texas. You will maintain and repair facility infrastructure and material handling equipment, with emphasis on reliability and uptime.

The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical skills, basic electrical knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document work performed for safety and

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, MHE repair, or related mechanical fields preferred.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical systems; basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and support multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold storage environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building infrastructure and docking systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE.
• Address mechanical and basic electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Record service activities and maintain accurate documentation.
