Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support operations in a fast-paced cold storage environment. The role focuses on maintaining building infrastructure and material handling equipment, with an emphasis on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and reliable system operation.

The successful candidate will bring a well-rounded mechanical skillset, work across multiple maintenance disciplines, and contribute to uptime while following safety policies and documenting service

Qualifications

• Experience in facility maintenance, MHE/forklift repair, or related mechanical fields.
• Mechanical systems knowledge; basic electrical knowledge preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and support multiple maintenance disciplines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold storage environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building infrastructure, including dock doors and overhead doors.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and basic electrical issues within the facility.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure uptime and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairs of other facility equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
