Job summary

Burlington Distribution Corp. is seeking an entry-level Maintenance General Technician to maintain and repair automated material handling equipment and facility systems.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components, perform preventive maintenance, and collaborate with lead technicians to ensure high equipment availability. The role involves operating company vehicles, reading schematics, and using mobile apps to manage work orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic PC competency and use of handheld devices.
• Familiar with wiring diagrams, symbols and electrical measuring.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair MHE and facility equipment on site.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems and restore equipment to service.
• Read electrical schematics and use asset management apps to close work orders.
• Perform basic electrical work and preventive maintenance per plans and manuals.
