Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and maintain cleanliness of carpets.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling issues promptly.
• Ensure safety regulations and facility policies compliance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests, including after-hours.
• Coordinate external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Oversee upkeep of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Assist with landscaping, painting, and minor construction.
