Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) Riverville Mill is seeking entry-level Extra Hand/Laborer positions. The role covers an unpredictable 12-hour shift schedule including days, nights and weekends, with overtime and holidays as needed. Starting pay is $27.40 per hour.

Applicants must have a HS diploma or GED and be able to work in an industrial setting. Excellent benefits are offered after hire, including paid vacation, holidays, health/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour shift schedule (days, nights, weekends).
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate routine production machinery per prints and specifications.
• Produce parts within established tolerances and keep logs accurate.
• Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance and adjustments.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work area; follow safety rules.
• Support other duties as assigned by supervisor.
