Job summary

The role requires flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and any shift. A high school diploma or GED is required, with a background in packaging or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a manufacturing operation to boost productivity and reduce downtime and waste.
• Assist all plant floor jobs as needed and maintain shop equipment.
• Follow all safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures.
• Maintain 5S standards and perform other duties as assigned.
• May stack parts up to 30 lbs for extended periods.
