Entry Level Machine Operator

Nolato GW is hiring new Entry Level Machine Operators to make life-saving medical products in Vermont! We’re looking for friendly individuals eager to build a career with us. About Nolato GW: We manufacture plastic and silicone components for medical and industrial clients.

How you’ll contribute:

You will work in our clean, climate-controlled facilities in Bethel or Royalton, VT. Reporting to the Team Lead, you’ll operate manual and automatic machines, ensure quality standards, report safety hazards, and collaborate with teammates to solve production issues.

Qualifications:

No prior experience with injection molding or medical devices is necessary—we will train you. A friendly, hardworking attitude is essential. You should be able to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedures, record notes accurately, and ask for help when needed. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
