Sun Auto Tire & Service in Saint Peters, MO is hiring a Lube and Tire Technician. This entry-level role teaches essential vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and tire services, with hands-on training and opportunities to grow into higher technician roles.

You’ll work in a busy shop, learn to perform Digital Vehicle Inspections, follow safety procedures, and support service advisors and technicians. Strong mechanical interest, safety focus, reliability, and weekend availability are valued;

Qualifications

• Entry-level role in automotive service environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services: mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotations.
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repairs accurately.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings via proper channels.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Assist and learn from technicians and service advisors.
