Job summary

Plaza Tire Service, part of Sun Auto Tire & Service, is hiring a Lube and Tire Technician in Missouri. This entry-level role supports the shop by performing oil changes, tire services, and basic maintenance while learning from experienced technicians.

You'll complete Digital Vehicle Inspections, document repairs, follow safety procedures, and work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Competitive hourly pay, paid training, benefits, and opportunities to advance within the Sun Auto network.

Qualifications

• Reliable, safety-focused and mechanically inclined.
• Willing to learn basic automotive maintenance and repair processes.
• Able to follow written procedures, safety standards and store processes.
• Able to work collaboratively with technicians, service advisors, and store leaders.
• Valid driver’s license and successful MVRC check.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services (mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotations).
• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance (fluids, wipers, bulbs, batteries, filters).
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and document repairs accurately.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings to the store.
