Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a motivated Lube and Tire Technician to join our Manchester, MO shop. This entry-level role focuses on vehicle maintenance, oil changes, tire services, and Digital Vehicle Inspections while learning from experienced teammates.

You’ll work in a structured automotive environment, gaining foundational shop skills, safety training, and opportunities for advancement within a values-driven culture. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable, safety-focused, and mechanically inclined.
• Ability to follow written procedures and store processes.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; 18+ years old.
• Potential for growth through training and on-the-job learning.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire services: mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotations.
• Conduct oil changes and basic maintenance tasks.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and documentation accurately.
• Identify safety-related issues and communicate findings to the team.
• Assist with shop cleanliness, parts transport, and customer readiness.
• Work with technicians and service advisors; participate in training.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and policies.
