Tharp Consulting is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician to deliver excellent customer service and perform routine maintenance on vehicles. No prior automotive experience is needed as comprehensive training will cover oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, lights/wipers inspection, and an 18-point maintenance check.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety and operational instructions in English.
• Physical ability to stand, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
