RG&T Solutions in Minnesota is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician to support vehicle safety through preventive maintenance. No automotive experience required; training will cover oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests and replacements, light inspections, and an 18-point maintenance check.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, perform maintenance tasks accurately, and keep the shop clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn from training materials and procedures.
• Flexible schedule, including weekend availability.
• Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work non-climate-controlled environments.
