Tharp Consulting seeks an Entry-Level Lube Technician in Flint, MI to join a collaborative team focused on top-tier customer service and preventive maintenance. No prior automotive experience is required; comprehensive training will cover oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery tests and replacements, lights/wipers inspection, and an 18-point maintenance check.

You will perform routine maintenance, support customer safety, and participate in ongoing learning to build technical skills,

Qualifications

• Must have positive attitude and detail-oriented approach.
• Schedule flexibility, including weekend availability.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow safety procedures and instructions.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
