Quality Automotive Services is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician to learn automotive maintenance in a stay-in-your-car setting. No prior automotive experience is required as comprehensive training is provided to start your career in this fast-paced shop environment.

You will learn 18-point maintenance checks, oil changes, fluid maintenance, tire care, and parts replacement under supervision, with emphasis on safety, teamwork, and friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive certification or formal training is a plus but not required.
• Interest in automotive repair with a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied positions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with customers.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome customers for stay-in-your-car service.
• Explain 18-point maintenance checks clearly.
• Help build customer trust by following guidelines and recommending only necessary maintenance.
• Work with your team to deliver prompt, high-quality service.
• Learn to answer basic questions about vehicle fluid levels and routine maintenance.
• Learn 18-point maintenance checks and perform oil changes, filter replacements under supervision.
• Inspect fluid levels and perform fluid exchanges under supervision.
• Check tire pressure and rotate tires according to spec.
• Test and replace batteries, bulbs and filters.
• Maintain a clean, safe shop and adhere to safety protocols.
