Job summary

Tharp Consulting is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to provide essential vehicle maintenance services and help ensure customer safety and satisfaction. You’ll receive comprehensive training to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, and light and wiper inspections.

Starting pay is $16.25/hour with opportunities for advancement to Service Center Manager within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, attention to detail, eagerness to learn.
• Ability to read and understand training materials and safety instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and fluid checks.
• Rotate tires and inspect lights and wipers.
• Test and replace car batteries as needed.
• Conduct 18-point maintenance check.
