Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking an Entry‑Level Lube Technician to join a friendly, collaborative team. You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests/replacements, and safety inspections as part of preventive maintenance.

No automotive experience is required; we provide award‑winning training to help you grow. Expect a supportive environment with opportunities for career advancement and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn with on-the-job training.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to review, read, and understand training materials and procedures.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18‑point safety check
• And other preventive maintenance services

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• We expect you can: Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
