Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is seeking a Vehicle Service Specialist to perform preventative maintenance and deliver top-notch customer service. You will work in a collaborative team to ensure guests are safe on the road and vehicles receive essential services.

No prior automotive experience is required as award-winning training will teach you oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, lights/wipers inspection, and an 18-point safety check.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
