Valvoline seeks an Entry-Level Lube Technician to perform basic maintenance tasks and provide top-tier service. You will learn through an award-winning training program and contribute to guest safety by performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, and more.

No prior automotive experience is required; we provide hands-on training to develop skills, with a clear growth path including potential advancement within 18–24 months.

$16.50 per hour weekly pay.

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking We expect you can:
• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
