Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Wylie, TX is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No prior automotive experience is required; we offer award‑winning training to teach oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, lights and wipers inspection, and more. You will start building hands‑on skills from day one.

• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18‑point maintenance check
• And other preventive maintenance services

We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)

• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
