Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Murrysville, PA is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No automotive experience is required; our award-winning training program will teach you essential vehicle maintenance and top-notch customer service.

You’ll perform an 18-point maintenance check and tasks like oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, battery tests, and replacing lights and wipers to keep guests safe on the road.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• All you need to do is bring your positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for learning.

Responsibilities

Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award-winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids
• Rotate tires
• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18-point maintenance check
• And other preventive maintenance services

We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking

We expect you can:

• Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
• Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
