Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Grapevine, TX is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to join a friendly, collaborative team. No prior automotive experience is required, as our award-winning training program will teach you to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery and light inspections, and an 18-point safety check.

Together, we’ll help keep our guests safe on the road by providing top‑tier customer service, while performing preventative maintenance services for their vehicles.

Your road to VIOC doesn’t require previous automotive experience. Through our award‑winning training program, we’ll teach you how to:

• Change oil
• Check and refill fluids

• Test and replace batteries
• Inspect and replace lights and wipers
• Perform an 18‑point safety check
• And other preventive maintenance services

QUALIFICATIONS:

We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer‑focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• We expect you can:
  • Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Be comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
