Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Piqua, OH is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll gain hands-on experience while delivering top-tier customer service and performing preventative maintenance on vehicles.

No prior automotive experience is required; our award-winning training program teaches oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, lights and wipers replacement, and an 18-point inspection.

Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility; weekend availability likely.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a customer-focused team.
• Ability to read training materials and safety procedures.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)

• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
